Will Truffle work with my ATS?
Yes. Truffle connects natively to Ashby, Breezy HR, Bullhorn, JazzHR, Pinpoint, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Workable and Indeed. Anything else connects through Zapier (which covers Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR and 7,000+ other apps) or directly through Truffle's REST API.

What gets synced back to my ATS?
It depends on the ATS. Most native connections write back the match score, a summary and a link to the screening in Truffle. Some add more: Ashby also gets the questions and answers and the assessment score, Workable gets assessment results, and Pinpoint gets resume and interview scores with their tiers.

Do I need an ATS to use Truffle?
No. Truffle works standalone. Each position gets a unique link you can share via email, post on job boards, or drop on your careers page. Candidates apply, you review, you decide.

Is the API available on every plan?
On every paid plan, starting at $49/month, alongside native integrations and Zapier. API access needs a request that Truffle approves first, and the free trial doesn't include it. Plans differ on the size of your credit pool, not on what you can do.

How long does it take to set up an integration?
Most native integrations take under 10 minutes. Zapier connections take however long it takes you to map fields in Zapier's UI. No engineering work required for either.

Can I trigger a Truffle screening from my ATS?
Yes. In Breezy HR, Workable, Recruitee or Teamtailor, move a candidate into the stage you chose and Truffle sends them the screening automatically. In Ashby you send it from the candidate's profile, and in Pinpoint you choose Send Truffle interview on the candidate. Zapier's Invite Candidate action does the same for any ATS that has a Zapier connector.
