What happens if I go over my interview limit?
You’ll get a heads-up when you're nearing your limit, and you can upgrade if needed or just pay-per-candidate. This is to ensure you continue to receive interview responses.
What counts as an interview?
A “candidate interview” is counted when a unique candidate submits all their answers. Abandoned attempts don’t count.
What does “jobs live at once” mean?
That’s the number of jobs you can have actively accepting interview responses at the same time.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in less than 15 minutes. No IT required. We can walk you through everything if you have questions.
