What is a candidate?
To make things simple, anyone who applies to your job is considered a candidate. Unlike most ATS systems that just store candidate data, Truffle runs analysis on nearly every candidate to help identify prospects best suited to your custom needs. Based on our experience the candidate numbers should be well within typical candidate volumes for a local business.
