How do credits work?
Every plan includes one monthly pool of credits you spend across all three screening methods. A resume scored by AI Match is 1 credit, an assessed candidate is 2 (all three assessments included), and a completed one-way interview is 5. A heavy resume month and a heavy interview month draw from the same pool, so you never have to guess the split up front.
When does a credit get charged?
Only when a screening gives you a result to act on. A resume scored by AI Match, a completed assessment, or a submitted one-way interview. If a candidate never starts or does not finish, it costs nothing. Re-opening a result you already paid for never charges you twice.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Core, Team, and Scale, unused monthly credits roll over for 12 months while you stay subscribed, up to a cap of 3 times your plan's monthly pool, so a quiet month is not wasted. Go annual and your whole year of credits is available up front to use whenever you hire. Starter is a flat monthly pool with no roll-over. Rolled-over credits are forfeited if you downgrade or cancel.
What happens if I run out?
You are never stopped mid-hire. As you get close we flag it, and extra screening on Core, Team, or Scale is billed at a flat $0.25 per credit. Starter is a hard cap with no overages, so a busy week never turns into a surprise bill. The calculator shows when moving up a plan is the cheaper option.
Is every feature on every plan?
Yes. Resume screening, one-way interviews, and assessments ship on every plan, along with AI Match scores and reasoning, Candidate Shorts, full transcripts, custom branding, unlimited positions, and unlimited team members. Plans differ on the size of your credit pool, not on what you can do.
