What if I only hire for one role at a time?
Willo Lite is $59 a month for one live role. On Truffle, 40 one-way interviews a month fit the $49 Starter, using all 200 credits. Past that, Willo Lite is the cheaper option for a single role.
Does Willo screen resumes?
Not as a listed feature. Willo's pricing page has no resume screening, and its Insights scoring is Enterprise-only. Truffle scores every resume against your criteria for 1 credit, on every plan.
Does the AI decide who moves forward?
No. It transcribes, summarizes and scores against your criteria, with the reasoning shown. It never auto-rejects anyone.
When am I charged a credit?
Only when a screening gives you a result: a resume scored, an assessment completed or an interview submitted. Candidates who don't finish cost nothing.
