Why Truffle exists

Sean Griffith spent years inside high-volume hiring at SimpleTexting, with no recruiter to hand the pile to. He saw the same pattern everywhere. Owners and operators drowning in applications. Phone screens that revealed less every quarter. AI tools promising to make the hiring call for them.

    Resumes got AI-polished. Cover letters got AI-written. Even take-home assessments got fed to ChatGPT. Every traditional screening method got easier to game in two years.
