When screening completion drops below 60% of invites for a role, something specific is wrong upstream. Time-to-fill telling you the loop is too long is a downstream symptom. Screening completion telling you the role isn’t clear is the upstream cause.
Practice 5: iterate against net-hire-at-90, not time-to-fill

Cycle-time iteration runs into the same problem the rest of the funnel does.
