Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.Sort and rinse dirty dishes, utensils, and other cooking instruments, and place them in racks for the dishwashing machine.Inspect cleaned dishes for cleanliness and store them in designated areas.Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station and kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.Dispose of trash and waste in accordance with sanitation procedures.Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed during busy periods.Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the kitchen manager.Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold a clean working environment.Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient operations.Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.Are you looking to start your hiring process today?
